Delivery Note: Personal gifts can ship anywhere in the continental US. Corporate gifts and event favors are primarily available for delivery within the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex. Multi-location deliveries require a custom quote.
Custom Personal Gifting
Personalized, concierge-level gifting for meaningful moments.
What is custom personal gifting?
A fully personalized gifting service that includes gift curation, sourcing, personalization, assembly, packaging, and shipping for individual recipients.
What is the minimum investment?

How many recipients can I include?
- Typically 1–2 recipients per order.
What does the concierge service fee include?
Design consultation, sourcing, coordination, assembly, packaging, and US shipping. Services begin upon receipt of full payment.
Are rush orders available?
Yes. Rush orders are available for an additional $75 per order plus $25 for expedited shipping, pending availability.
What is the minimum lead time from expected delivery date?

Corporate Custom Gifting

What is corporate custom gifting?
A standardized gifting solution designed for employee or client appreciation, including sourcing, packaging, optional branding, and delivery.
How many recipients can be included?
Orders support 10–50 recipients per order. One corporate custom project is accepted per month.

What does the project fee cover?
Planning, sourcing, assembly oversight, overall project coordination and local delivery.
Are branding options available?
Yes. Branding add-ons include:

Are rush orders available?
Yes. Rush orders require a $150 base fee plus $5 per additional recipient.

Event Favors
Memorable gift favors, perfectly executed for your special event.
What are event favors?
Event favors are curated, pre-designed gifts created for guest distribution at events. Service includes sourcing, assembly, optional personalization, and delivery.
How many favors can I order?
Orders range from 10–50 favors per event. A maximum of two event favor projects are accepted per quarter.
What is the cost per favor?
- Favor cost: Event favors range from $35–$75 per favor, depending on tier and customization.
- Project fee: $200 per order (includes single-location delivery in DFW; multi-location requires custom quote).
What does the project fee cover?
Planning, sourcing, assembly oversight, overall project coordination and local delivery.
Are branding or personalization options available?
Yes. Branding customization is available at:

What is the payment structure?
A 50% deposit is required to begin production, with the remaining balance due one week before the event date.

Submit a custom order request to begin. Once reviewed, you’ll be scheduled for a consultation to receive a quote, timeline, and next steps.
Important: All custom orders are made to order and subject to availability. Production timelines begin once details are finalized and payment requirements are met. Changes may be limited once production begins.
