Curated Gift Boxes & Hampers
What is the difference between a curated gift box and a hamper?
Curated gift boxes are smaller, themed gift experiences thoughtfully packaged in a keepsake box. Hampers are larger, premium gift collections featuring a broader assortment of items and are ideal for major milestones or group gifting.
Are the items exactly as pictured?
Each box and hamper is curated to match the described theme and value. Occasionally, specific items may vary slightly due to availability, but any substitutions will always be of equal or greater value.
Can I customize a box or hamper?
Yes. We offer select add-ons to personalize your gift and a handwritten note is included with every order at no additional charge. We also offer a full range of custom personal and corportate gift services at www.wrappedandremembered.com.
Do you offer corporate or bulk gifting?
Yes, we offer corporate gifting and bulk orders. Please contact us directly to discuss customization, branding options, and lead times.
Home Learning Kits
What are the Home Learning Kits?
Our Home Learning Kits are play-based, Montessori-inspired kits designed to support early childhood development through intentional, hands-on learning at home.
What ages are the learning kits designed for?
Each kit is age-specific and clearly labeled to support children from early toddlerhood through preschool and kindergarten readiness (1 to 6 years old).
How often are new learning kits released?
New themed learning kits are curated and released bimonthly, with a fresh theme every two months.
How long does each kit last?
Each learning kit includes enough activities to engage children 3 to 4 times per week for up to 8 weeks, making it ideal for consistent, low-pressure learning.
Do I need teaching experience to use the kits?
Not at all. Each kit includes parent guidance cards with simple, easy-to-follow suggestions to support learning without overwhelm.
Subscriptions
How does the learning kit subscription work?
Subscribers receive a new themed learning kit every two months. Billing occurs on the 20th of the billing month.
Is there a minimum commitment?
Yes. A minimum of two fulfilled orders is required before a subscription can be canceled.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes. After the two-order minimum is met, you may cancel your subscription at any time before the next billing cycle to avoid being charged. Assitional information can be found on the subscription FAQ page.
Shipping
How much does shipping cost?
Standard shipping is a flat rate of $8.95 for curated boxes and learning kits and $12.95 for hampers.
Do you offer expedited shipping?
Yes. Expedited shipping is available for a flat fee of $25 and is subject to availability.
How are multiple items shipped?
Orders with multiple items may ship together when possible. Shipping charges are calculated based on the order type and size.
Returns & Refunds
Do you accept returns or refunds?
Due to the customized and curated nature of our gift boxes, hampers, and home learning kits, all sales are final. We are unable to accept returns or offer refunds once an order has been fulfilled.
What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
We strive to provide excellent customer service at all times. Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us within 48 hours of delivery if an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect. Photo or video documentation may be required. Approved cases may receive item replacement or store credit at our discretion.
