Returns & Refunds

Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can evaluate the issue and make it right. To help us resolve concerns quickly, photo or video documentation is strongly encouraged and may be required. In approved cases, we will offer replacement for damaged items or store credit at our discretion.

Due to the customized and curated nature of our gift boxes, hampers, and home learning kits, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds once an order has been fulfilled. Please review all subscription details in subscription FAQ carefully before enrolling.
